This web page was created in response to many inquiries regarding the building plans for lot 523 Kay Road. The plans are for a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1,632 square foot home plus a 1 car garage.

The following set of plans were submitted and approved by Building and Safety in 2007. A permit was issued but the builder was too busy with 4 custom homes under construction at that time. The builder, Mr. Kaywell, has built 330 homes here on the mountain and now that he is 71, he wishes to retire. Obviously, your contractor needs to resubmit and the renew the permit in order to proceed with construction. The bonus is that the majority of the ground work has been done and the following plans for construction have already been approved once. You can build now or if you chose, you can resubmit when you are ready to build.
